Join DPR's Roving Leaders-led Annual Costume Skate Party when we turn Kennedy gymnasium into a Halloween skate rink!

Celebrate Halloween with a night of music, costumes, and roller‑skating fun at the Kennedy Recreation Center. The event features a Thriller‑themed flash mob and Halloween parade at 6:00 PM, followed by a DCFD candy drop at 7:00 PM.
